๐Ÿ’Œ This Su***de Prevention Month, we are reminded that supporting someone doesnโ€™t always require having the right words or being a psychologist. Sometimes, it starts with simply asking, listening, and acknowledging what someone is going through.

May we become more intentional in checking in on the people around us, not to fix everything, but to let them know that what they feel matters. ๐Ÿซ‚๐ŸŒ€

What a way to kick off our Pre-Youth Sunday Retreat! ๐Ÿ‘€โ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŒฟ

a beautiful day of fellowship, laughter, sharing, and making memories together! ๐Ÿค

We had a meaningful sharing led by Kuya Ayi, where we got to listen, reflect, and share with one another.

As we look forward to Youth Sunday, may we continue to grow together, strengthen our faith, and enjoy more moments like this as a CYF family. ๐Ÿค๐ŸŒฟ
