Happy Birthday, Mayor Justin! 🎂💙❤️🤍

Today, the entire LGU Gutalac Family joins our fellow Gutalacnons in celebrating not only your birthday, but also the person you are—our beloved Municipal Mayor, a dedicated public servant, and a leader who continues to serve with heart.

Mayor Justin, thank you for your unwavering commitment to our municipality. Behind every project, every meeting, every decision, and every long day at work is a genuine desire to make life better for every Gutalacnon. August 22, 2026 || 🌟 Gutalac Youth, kUYog TA! ❤️💙

The Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Gutalac, led by our SK Federation President Christian Calasang, actively participated in the Provincial Youth Congress 2026 as part of the celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 spearheaded by the Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte.

Together with him were the dedicated SK Chairpersons from the different barangays of Gutalac and our LYDO Focal, Mr. Rey Baltazar Lobog, joining fellow young leaders in a meaningful gathering focused on youth empowerment, leadership, and meaningful participation in community development. 🙌

The active involvement of our young leaders is a beautiful reminder that the youth are not only the future—they are already an important part of building our present. 💪

As we continue to support and empower our young people, we are proud to see them stand one with Mayor Justin Quimbo’s commitment to delivering Excellent, Just, Quality Service, anchored on Gugma, Respeto, ug Serbisyo.

Because when our youth are empowered, engaged, and united—daghan kaayo tang mabuhat para sa mas ikalambo sa atong Gutalac! ❤️

kUYog TA, Kabataan! Padayon! 🌱✨
