Driving Skills, Creating Opportunities!

The Rotary Club of Gumaca Quezon is happy and excited to launch our FREE Practical Driving Course (PDC) Scholarship, in partnership with RAKKK Driving School, as twelve (12) beneficiaries begin their practical driving lessons on October 17, 2026.

We sincerely thank RAKKK Driving School and its Manager, Rtn. Aldrin H. Madera, for their generous support and commitment to helping our beneficiaries become safe and responsible drivers.

Never Miss an Opportunity to Learn! 💙

Having missed the Area 3 Membership Orientation Seminar, members of the Rotary Club of Gumaca Quezon traveled four hours to attend a Membership Orientation Seminar on October 11, 2026, at South Peak, Batangas City—determined to deepen their understanding of Rotary and become more “Rotarized”!

Clean Hands, Caring Hearts, and a Healthier Future! 💧🤝

The Rotary Club of Gumaca Quezon revisited Villa Arcaya Elementary School on October 9, 2026, where club members witnessed and tested the newly rehabilitated Handwashing Station.

This project was made possible through our members’ generous donations and assistance in purchasing the materials needed for the repairs. Sama-sama nating ibinahagi ang ating mga biyaya upang makatulong sa kalusugan at kapakanan ng mga mag-aaral.

Rtn. Engr. Darenn Alpuerto shared his knowledge about Gumaca’s water sources and practical ways to conserve water, especially during drought and water shortages. Our Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Committee Chairperson, Rtn. Dodie Satrain, also discussed the importance of proper handwashing in our daily lives and its role in protecting health and supporting education.

Taos-pusong pasasalamat kay School Principal Mr. Alvaro Monzon Flavier and the school community for welcoming us and giving us the opportunity to help their young learners the future builders of our communities.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to QSL Soap Trading for donating an additional three gallons of liquid hand soap, with special appreciation to Mr. Rommel Arcaya Villanera Quisto for his generosity and support.

The Rotary Club of Gumaca Quezon donated a manual sphygmomanometer (blood pressure apparatus) to the Barangay Health Workers of Barangay Villa Nava on October 8, 2026, during our Maternal and Child Health Outreach Program.

This simple yet essential tool will support our BHWs in monitoring residents’ blood pressure as they continue caring for the community.

A meaningful day of service, gratitude, and care for our future generation! 💗🤱

The Rotary Club of Gumaca Quezon held its Maternal and Child Health Outreach Program today, October 8, 2026, at Barangay Villa Nava, Gumaca, Quezon, bringing together our special beneficiaries, guests, and community partners in support of healthier mothers and children.

Taos-pusong pasasalamat sa RHU-Gumaca, represented by Nurse Arnan Sazon and Ma’am Ermie Quisao; Generika Drugstore-Gumaca; the Barangay Villa Nava LGU, led by Chairwoman Loida Moyano and the Sangguniang Barangay; and the Barangay Health Workers, headed by Ma'am Marife Marillano.

To our generous and supportive club members, thank you for sharing your blessings, time, and effort. Sa ating mga beneficiaries, maraming salamat sa inyong pakikiisa at pagtitiwala!
