MDRRMC Coordinating Council Meeting

TD Tino

* Possible landfall Tuesday morning / late night Monday (Eastern Visayas Area (Eastern Samar)CARAGA Region, Bicol Region.
* By evening today Guiuan will experience the effects of the Storm and will be categorized as TCWS no. 1.
* 167 kph gustiness is being monitored and 90 Kph sustained wind is noted.
* Typhoon Category will be assigned should TD Tino will intensifies as it traverse east north-east in the PAR.
* Possibility of becoming a Super typhoon category (TCWS no. 4) due to latent heat in the Pacific area.
* Suspension of Classes by monday (EO will follow).
* Pre-emptive evacuation plan must start as early as today to high risk areas, low risk areas, mandatory evacuation will be implemented tomorrow
* The only certified evacuation center is the Sirungan ha Guiuan.
* All schools have no certificate of occupancy based from Engineering Office.
* MOA with schools have expired, however, necessary resolution for renewal will be discussed.
* Rescue operations during the onslaught of Typhoon is discouraged.
It will depend upon the discretion of the Incident Commander if such operations will be conducted otherwise.

Note: No one should accept evacuees unless CCM is activated.
