CALL FOR ACCREDITATION
Guiuan Youth Organizations Accreditation Program
TO : ALL YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS, YOUTH-SERVING ORGANIZATIONS, ACADEMIC CLUBS, STUDENT BODY ORGANIZATIONS AND FAITH-BASED YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS.
The Local Government of Guiuan through the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) will conduct local youth accreditation program in line to the policy guidelines of the Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP) of the National Youth Commission (NYC).
We encourage all youth and youth-serving organizations to register in the said accreditation program to access NYC-initiated programs and activities nationwide and become part of the Local Youth Development Council of our municipality.
Requirements for accreditation.
1. Youth Organization Registration Program Form
2. List of Members in Good Standing
3. Directory of Officers and Advisers
4. Constitutions and By-Laws (if available).
