SIKAT Inc. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Event Documentor to capture the key moments, insights, and outcomes of the SHA Forum: Strengthening Womenโs Power Through Collective Action happening on November 24, 2025 at Sylviaโs Farmstead, Brgy. Bagtong, Salcedo, Eastern Samar.
This 1-day learning and collaboration forum brings together SHG leaders, government agencies, civil society partners, and women champions from Guiuan, Salcedo, and Dolores to advance womenโs empowerment, economic resilience, and community-driven development. The chosen documentor will play a crucial role in telling the story of this milestone event.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
1. Document proceedings of all forum sessions, including keynote address, panel discussions, and commitment ceremony
2. Capture key messages, standout insights, and participant reflections aligned with the theme of womenโs empowerment
3. Collect supporting materials such as photos of sessions, networking activities, and SHG product exhibits
4. Produce a comprehensive and engaging event documentation report reflecting objectives, highlights, outcomes, and recommendations
5. Coordinate with the SIKAT project team to ensure accurate representation of projectsโ narratives and event significance
๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:
1. Proven experience in event documentation, storytelling, journalism, or development communication
2. Strong writing, interviewing, photography (optional), and synthesis skills
3. Ability to capture complex discussions and translate them into coherent, readable narratives
4. Familiarity with community development, womenโs empowerment, or NGO-related events is an advantage
5. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet expected deliverables
