Before proceeding to the SSLG President for signature, all students must first go to the ๐—ฆ๐—ฆ๐—Ÿ๐—š ๐—”๐˜‚๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฟ, ๐—ž๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ต๐—ฎ ๐——๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฑ in relation to any possible penalties. If you have not committed any offenses, your clearance/ledger will be immediately stamped as โ€œ๐—ฆ๐—ฆ๐—Ÿ๐—š ๐—–๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ.โ€

However, if you have committed any violations, you are required to settle the given penalty. This may include assigned tasks such as cleaning for about 20โ€“30 minutes, depending on what is stated in the Constitution and By-Laws.

You may find the SSLG Auditor at the ๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ผ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—•๐˜‚๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด, ๐Ÿฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—™๐—น๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฟ โ€“ ๐—š๐Ÿต ๐—˜๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ป. We are still finalizing the list of students who have violated the schoolโ€™s Constitution and By-Laws. These students will face the appropriate penalties and consequences based on the school rules.

We would also like to remind everyone not to act unaware or uninformed regarding this matter, as it has already been clearly discussed through room-to-room orientations. All students are expected to be responsible and mindful of the policies implemented by the school.
