📢 FINANCIAL REPORT UPDATE 📢

To our dear former San Vicente Ferrer Choir family, donors, and supporters, we are officially releasing the financial report prepared by the former San Vicente Ferrer Choir members regarding the "Search for Ms. Beerfest 2026."

As we all know, this activity did not push through due to the recent Mayon Volcano eruption. While we were unable to hold the event, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude.

We want to express our deepest thanks to all the ticket holders who chose not to ask for a refund and instead decided to donate their ticket payments to the organization.

Your generosity during such a challenging time helps our ministry immensely and allows us to continue our work.

The detailed breakdown of funds is open for transparency. Thank you for your unwavering faith, love, and support!

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENTPOSTPONEMENT OF MS. BEERFEST 2026

In light of the ongoing activity and recent eruption of Mayon Volcano, the organizers of Ms. Beerfest have made the decision to postpone the pageant originally scheduled for May 4, 2026 in compliance with the recent memorandum from the local government.

Reason for Postponement:Our priority is the safety and well-being of our contestants, staff, and the general public. Given the current alert level and the risks posed by volcanic activity in the region, holding a large-scale public event is not feasible at this time. We stand in solidarity with the communities affected by this natural disaster.

New Schedule:The search for Ms. Beerfest is postponed UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. We are closely monitoring official updates from PHIVOLCS and local authorities.

A new date will be announced once it is deemed safe to gather and celebrate.

To our Contestants & Sponsors:We sincerely appreciate the hard work and resources you have already dedicated to this pageant. Your status as official participants remains secure, and we will contact you directly with further instructions as the situation stabilizes.Stay Safe.

We urge everyone to follow the safety protocols issued by the Albay Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) and to stay alert for official advisories.
