A meaningful transition of leadership took place on March 25, 2026, following the Holy Mass, as the ARSC Local Chapter Officers formally conducted their turnover ceremony. The outgoing officers, led by President Issa Mikhail Rosas, entrusted their responsibilities and duties to the newly elected set of leaders headed by Incoming President Janelle Ocioโ€”marking both an end and a new beginning in service.

The ceremony was filled with heartfelt gratitude and reflection, highlighted by messages from Outgoing President Issa Rosas, followed by Vice President Marge Jiggy Cachapero, ARSC Sister-Servant Sr. Marisa T. Bernasor, AR., and ARSC Teacher-Servant Mr. Shael Steve Acebes. Their words honored the journey of the past term while inspiring the new leaders to carry forward the mission with dedication and faith.

The turnover concluded on a solemn and unifying note as everyone joined together in singing the ARSC Hymnโ€”celebrating not just leadership, but the enduring spirit of service, unity, and Marian commitment.

Stepping into a new chapter of leadership, the newly elected officers for A.Y. 2026โ€“2027 were formally inducted on March 25, 2026. During the Holy Mass, each officer received a special blessing from the parish priest, Rev. Fr. Teofilo P. Quilas Jr., marking not only the beginning of their journey but also the guidance and grace of the Holy Spirit upon their service.

As they take on their roles, may their hearts remain committed to serving with integrity, faith, and unity. With the Holy Spirit as their guide, this new set of leaders is ready to lead with purpose and embody true Marian leadership in the year ahead.

Stepping beyond the classroom and into growth โœจ

Our dedicated Marians and student leaders โ€” Airah Guhiting, Jim Guhiting, Princess Beverly Olaer, Mary Valerie Lusdoc, and John Kevin Anoba โ€” are currently attending the Ladderized Peer Education Training (LPET) Level 1: Open Space for LGU Guindulman for a 3-day journey of learning, leadership, and empowerment at Golden Prince Hotel & Suites.

May this experience strengthen their voices, ignite their passion for service, and inspire them to become catalysts of positive change in the community ๐Ÿ’™

Today, the community of Saint Mary Academy of Guindulman Bohol Inc. held a meaningful Mental Health Awareness Symposium with guest speaker Mr. Abelardo โ€œAbbyโ€ Banuag, M.A., RPSY, RPM, who shared insightful discussions on mental health and well-being. The event was also supported by the presence of Rural Health Unit of Guindulman, together with the special presence of Lynbell Gamutan Cafe, Town Councilor, showing the communityโ€™s united effort in promoting mental health awareness.

Through the meaningful topics and reflections shared by Mr. Banuag, the Marians were truly grateful and touched by the message of understanding, care, and self-awareness. The symposium became a valuable opportunity for the Marian community to learn, reflect, and continue fostering a supportive and compassionate environment for everyone. ๐Ÿ’™โœจ
