AAMBIS-Owa believes that agriculture is one of the most important sectors in the Philippine society. It strongly stands that the government has to focus its efforts on the sectors where the poorest is the highest and the unem

ployment the largest. The party-list has a vision of a Philippine society where farmers have improved living conditions, and have developed their full potentials.
