During the meeting earlier, we discussed an incident involving a student from GNHS-P.

All organizations were called because there was a possibility that the student involved was a member of a fraternity or sorority. However, it was later identified that the student is actually a member of a gang called “Black Gangsta.”

The authorities raised concerns about possible recruitment of underage students, especially because of the existing Anti-Hazing Law. They also emphasized that many young people today are more prone to violence, fighting, or seeking revenge, and they are worried that all organizations might get involved or implicated if conflicts happen.

Because of this, it was agreed and approved during the meeting that the GUFSA Organization will be reinstated to help maintain peace and avoid conflicts between organizations. GUFSA will help mediate and settle issues immediately.

In addition, during emergencies, calamities, or other activities, the LGUs and PNP may request assistance from organizations so they can collaborate and make relief operations or activities easier and faster.

📌 RUN FOR A CAUSE / FUND RAISING EVENT
Theme: Advocacy Support Groups in Collaboration with Guihulngan PNP

For this event, the PNP will collaborate with all organizations to inform both fraternity/sorority and non-fraternity groups about the upcoming activity. All proceeds will go to children this coming Christmas season.

Participants are allowed to wear their organization or fraternity/sorority shirts during the event if they want.
