Get ready for an exciting and action-packed day! The 𝑺𝑲 𝑩𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒂𝒐 𝑺𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝑭𝒆𝒔𝒕 2026 will be held on April 25, 2026. This is a 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓—𝐬𝐨 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐭! Gather your teammates, represent your sitio, and showcase your skills in various sports events!

𝙐𝙉𝙄𝙁𝙄𝙀𝘿 𝙑𝙊𝙄𝘾𝙀𝙎 | 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 & 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙎𝙮𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙪𝙢

Last November 16, 2025, the Bulacao Elementary School became a space for learning, dialogue, and collective action as the Unified Voices: Youth and Parents Symposium was successfully conducted. The activity brought together the youth of Barangay Bulacao and parents who are members of the 4Ps Program, united by one goal—to build informed, resilient, and empowered families and communities.

The program formally opened with a Words of Welcome delivered by Hon. Marlon E. Ermocilla, Barangay Kagawad, in behalf of our Punong Barangay, Hon. Joseph E. Enconado, setting the tone for a meaningful and purpose-driven discussion. This initiative was spearheaded by the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Bulacao , in partnership with key stakeholders who shared their expertise and commitment to youth development:

Topic 1: Anti-Drug Campaign – Strengthening Youth Awareness, discussed by a representative from the Gubat Municipal Police Station, on behalf of PMaj. Marmay O. Fartingca, Local Chief of Police, who, despite her tight schedule, ensured the presence of the PNP in this vital engagement.

Topic 2: Teenage Pregnancy – Deepening Understanding on Causes, comprehensively discussed by Mr. Julius Espenida, Population Program Worker II, Rural Health Unit (RHU) Gubat, emphasizing prevention, responsibility, and informed decision-making.

Topic 3: HIV Awareness – Examining Social, Emotional, and Health Impacts, shared by Ms. Catherine F. Escalora, Midwife I, RHU Gubat, highlighting the importance of awareness, compassion, and early intervention.

Due to time constraints, Mx. Rowan Nathaniel E. Esquejo, LPT, SK Secretary of SK Bulacao, was unable to fully deliver the discussion on Mental Health Awareness: Understanding Emotional Well-Being.

Nonetheless, the importance of mental health was underscored as a continuing advocacy that the SK Bulacao remains committed to advancing in future activities.

✨More than a symposium, Unified Voices served as a reminder that when youth, parents, and institutions come together, real change begins. Knowledge shared today becomes protection, guidance, and hope for tomorrow.

The Sangguniang Kabataan ng Bulacao extends its sincerest gratitude to all our partner organizations, to Bulacao Elementary School Personnel and to its School Head for allowing us to conduct this meaningful activity, Distinguished speakers, active participants, and parents whose active involvement greatly contributed to the success of this activity.

Alinsunod sa itinakdang panahon ng panunungkulan, siya ay maninilbihan sa natitirang sampung (10) buwan bago matapos ang kasalukuyang termino ngayong taon.

Inaasahang ang kanyang pamumuno ay magsusulong ng mga programang makabuluhan at inklusibo para sa kabataan, at magpapatibay sa aktibo at nagkakaisang paglilingkod para sa kaunlaran ng barangay.

Isang pagbati at buong suporta ang ipinahahayag ng Sangguniang Kabataan at Pamahalaang Barangay ng Bulacao.✨

Last December 26, 2025, the spirit of love, joy, and hope filled Bulacao Elementary School as SK Bulacao successfully conducted “𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬: 𝐀 𝐆𝐢𝐟𝐭-𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 .”

Through the collective effort of our SK members who went caroling from December 23-24, 2025, visiting every household in our barangay, we were able to raise funds that made this meaningful activity possible. From those simple songs and shared smiles came blessings that we joyfully shared with our children.

The proceeds were dedicated to giving gifts to our youth aged 1–7 years old, with the hope that each child would feel remembered, valued, and loved this Christmas season. More than the gifts, this activity aimed to share warmth, happiness, and a reminder that our community cares deeply for its youngest members.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to everyone who opened their doors, shared their generosity, and supported this simple yet meaningful initiative. This success is a true reflection of bayanihan and unity in Barangay Bulacao.

May the joy we shared continue to inspire kindness and compassion beyond the Christmas season. ❤️
