The Provincial Government of Pampanga, and the Municipal Government of Guagua, Pampanga, are opening the Special Program for Employment of Students through the Department of Labor and Employment.
Qualifications:
✅ During the School Year 2025-2026, the applicant shall be in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year in college.
❌ 4th year college students during S.Y. 2025-2026 are disqualified.
✅ Applicant must not be a beneficiary of other government programs like CHED Tulong Dunong, Capitol EFAP, Municipal EFAP, and the like.
❌ Applicants getting educational financial assistance from the government are disqualified.
✅ Students must be 18-30 years old only.
❌ Applicants aged 31 years old are disqualified.

🔵 Biodata
🔵 2 pieces 2x2-inch ID picture with white background
🔵 Photocopy of birth certificate (LCR or local copy, or PSA copy is accepted)
🔵 Original Certificate of Grades for 1st Semester of S.Y. 2025-2026 (year level and course, with original signature and seal are required; certified true copies and screenshots from portals are not accepted)
🔵 Photocopy of School ID, front and back, with 3 specimen signatures, valid for S.Y. 2025-2026
🔵 If no school ID: original certificate of non-issuance of ID from the registrar
🔵 Photocopy of parent's valid government ID, front and back, with 3 specimen signatures.
🔵 Original BIR Tax Exemption Certificate
Requirements for BIR Tax Exemption Certificate
🟠 Certificate of Indigency of both parents, from the Barangay
🟠 Certified Annual Income not exceeding ₱189,504.00, issued and signed by the Punong Barangay.
Steps in application:
① Complete the requirements.
② Insert all requirements in a long white folder, not an envelope.
③ Submit the folder at Window 3, Mayor's Office; deadline is May 25, 2026.
④ Submitted folders will undergo assessment. Submission does not mean automatic approval.
⑤ Wait for the announcement of the list of qualified SPES beneficiaries.
Submission will be closed after reaching 100 slots. Incomplete requirements will be disqualified.
