Today, we celebrate 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆!

By virtue of 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙉𝙤. 413, every September 26 is dedicated to raising awareness on the importance of preserving the Sierra Madre—the longest mountain range in the Philippines and our country’s natural shield against strong typhoons.

This day reminds us not only of the value of protecting our forests and natural resources but also of the risks we face if we fail to take action.

Let us stand together in protecting and preserving the Sierra Madre—for us, for future generations, and for our nation’s resilience.🌄

To strengthen our preparedness and safeguard the well-being of all members of the ParSU community, as well as neighboring residents, in times of emergency—particularly in light of the upcoming weather disturbance —designated evacuation centers have been prepared within ParSU campuses. These facilities were carefully identified based on accessibility, capacity, and their ability to provide essential support for possible emergency evacuation of both the ParSU community and nearby areas.
