𝗞𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗚𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁!

For 36 straight days, Kapama Gawida stood at the forefront of service—reaching communities, carrying hope, and proving that compassion never rests.

Through the generosity of our donors and the unwavering commitment of our volunteers, we successfully distributed 4,768 relief goods across 20 Puroks in Baliton, 4 Barangays in Glan, and 3 Municipalities: Malapatan, Jose Abad Santos, and Sarangani.

A total of ₱82,752 in donations was received and fully accounted for:
— GCash – ₱52,752
— Maya – ₱30,000
— GoTyme – ₱22

Every peso entrusted to us was carefully utilized to provide essential relief supplies, including rice, canned goods, bread and bakery products, noodles, grocery items, meat, fresh vegetables, dry goods, and prepared meals. The funds also covered transportation, fuel, documentation, printing, and other operational necessities that made each relief mission possible.

This accomplishment is not ours alone—it belongs to every donor, volunteer, partner, and supporter who believed that no community should be left behind.

Thirty-six days of service. Thousands of lives reached. Countless stories of hope written together.

Together, we carried the burden. Together, we made a difference. And together, we will continue reaching communities that need us the most.

Pinaagi niini, naglaom kitang mas madungog ang ilang mga tingog ug mas maabot ang mga angay nga suporta ug serbisyo.

This opportunity also allows Kapama Gawida to share its continuing mission of reaching underserved and disaster-affected communities, carrying not only relief assistance but also the stories, struggles, and resilience of the people it serves. By bringing these realities to a wider audience, the organization hopes to strengthen public awareness, encourage collective action, and inspire more individuals and institutions to become partners in community recovery and nation-building.

𝗞𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗚𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗕𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁, 𝗨𝗸𝗮𝘆-𝗨𝗸𝗮𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝘂𝗱𝗮𝗻!

Mudan, Glan, Sarangani — Together with the aspiring Sarangani Junior Officials and PPSK Ruby Ann Dejan Terol, we successfully distributed cups of binignit and set up a community pantry with vegetables such as calabasa, talong, sitaw, okra, and alugbati. We also distributed katol, one of their essential needs, as mosquitoes are everywhere around their temporary tents.

We also brought blankets, towels, bags, and footwear, which they happily accepted since their belongings were washed away by the flood.

This is the very reason why Kapama Gawida was established—to share and carry the burden that people face during times of calamity. As an organization, we are grateful for every outreach mission we have conducted. None of these would have been possible without the generosity and support of our sponsors.

Last June 29, 2026, we had the honor of paying a courtesy call to both Mayor Victor James Yap Sr. and Vice Mayor James Yap Jr.

Together with PPSK Ruby Ann Dejan Terol, our organization, Kapama Gawida, was commended and recognized by our leaders for our courage and commitment in reaching the far-flung communities of Glan to deliver assistance to those in need.

As a gesture of support, our organization was entrusted with three sacks of 50-kilogram rice, which will help us extend our reach to even more isolated areas.

This is truly a meaningful milestone for our volunteers and for Kapama Gawida.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our two leaders of Glan for believing in our mission and for supporting our organization.

We remain committed to our mission and will continue the work we have started—reaching communities, sharing burdens, and serving those who need us most.

We met this mother, Nesan Mangayao, who lost her 6-year-old son, Brian John Mangayao Jr., and her mother, Nasan Mangayao Macampao, 62 years old, after the 7.8-magnitude earthquake caused a landslide that buried their home and trapped them.

We bravely visited the landslide site and their temporary grieving place, and walked with Ate Nesan as she narrated what happened.

Nakakaawa, wala nang ibang nagtangkang hukayin pa ang kanilang mga labi dahil sa takot sa palagiang lindol sa Balut na palaging epicenter.

As of this day, we are the first group to document what happened to their family. No one dared to visit, that's why a simple "condolence" will be appreciated.

Now, more than ever, the Mangayao family needs help. Any amount will be appreciated. Every cent will be given to them. Just tap me.
