Outgoing Outfit Scribe Sct. Kemley M. Villacorta using.
After 3 years of service, my position has finally come to an end. It is an honor to be your Outfit Scribe for 3 years. We've faced a lot of ups and downs, yet, it made us stronger. Every laughters, kasaba, kakapoy, kagutom, kaguol, and etc. kay agdagan sakong hunaยฒ. I will surely miss you all.
I very much admire how dedicated you all are. Even though this organization has no plus points, y'all are still competitive, dedicated, and hardworking. I see all of your struggles, those late night studies and writing for BOR and waking up very early in the morning to practice for the fancy drill and many many more. But despite everything, you all still showed that you are willing and ready for everything. A scout is LAGING HANDA they say, and Outfit 381 did not disappoint.
Scouting became my second home, the source of my happiness and anger HAHAHA. But kidding aside, scouting helped me shape the person I am today. As I step into college, I surely will never forget the bonds we've shared. And, even though malayo naba ko or naa rako sa duol, never ever hesitate to message me if you need help with something. As I always say, I will always help the Outfit 391 Scouts.
Always remember to keep your heads up and your decision today will make a change in the future.
