Barangay San Francisco conducted their Womenโ€™s Month Celebration in partnership with JCI General Trias Katipunan, and General Trias Run Club

This meaningful gathering became a space to honor women through wellness, empowerment, and awareness. From the energy of the Zumba and Fun Run, to the important discussions on womenโ€™s rights and cervical cancer awareness, and the provision of free Pap smear services and hygiene kits, this program was a reminder that empowered women create stronger communities.

Today, we celebrate not only womenโ€™s achievements, but also their courage, resilience, and invaluable role in shaping society.

Held at Santiago Elementary School, Barangay Santiago, General Trias, Cavite, our 39th Induction Ceremony marks a meaningful transition of leadership and purpose.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our 2025 President, Sameen Rizwan, for a truly MEENingful year filled with dedication, service, and impact. Your leadership has guided the organization with strength and heart.

As part of this meaningful day, we also successfully conducted a JCI National Program on Clean Water and Sanitation, highlighted by the turnover of a water filter to Santiago Elementary School. Medical and Dental Mission at Barangay Javalera!

Headed by the Provincial Government of Cavite (PGC), City Government of General Trias, and made possible through the collaborative efforts of partners and volunteers, including JCI General Trias Katipunan, we were able to serve 358 Medical beneficiaries, 38 Dental beneficiaries.

Our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who extended their time, support, and dedication in bringing healthcare services closer to the community. Together, we continue to champion service with heart and compassion.

A Beautiful Start to 2026 for JCI General Trias Katipunan!

Today marks a meaningful milestone as JCI General Trias Katipunan proudly conducted our first Opportunity to Impact (OTI) guided and trained by our Area 3 - Deputy Area Skills Development Director, Lloyd John Cordero.

More than a training, it was a moment of awakening, and reminding us that leadership is built through learning, and service begins with a willing heart.

We also successfully held our 1st General Membership Meeting for 2026, bringing our members together with one shared purpose: to create real impact, one project, one chapter, and one community at a time.

Together with our LO President Ace Iverson Descalso, and with the unwavering support of our members and Past President, we had the privilege of paying a courtesy visit during City Mayor / Past President Luis โ€œJon-Jonโ€ Ferrerโ€™s People Day.

It was a meaningful moment of connection and shared purpose, as we discussed the exciting plans and direction of our Local Organizationโ€™s projects and initiatives that are rooted in service, driven by purpose, and designed for the greater good of General Trias.
