Today, our Hope's Haven family mourns with heavy hearts the passing of a very dear soul β our former Board of Director, faithful supporter, and beloved friend, π πΏπ. π¦πΌπΉππ²πΆπ΄π΅ πππ±πΊππ»π±ππ²π».
It is so hard to say goodbye to someone who gave so much of herself just to bring hope to the Filipino people.
Mrs. Solveigh was not just a supporter from afar β she was family. Her love traveled all the way from Norway to the Philippines and touched every corner of our home here in General Trias. Because of her kindness, her generosity, and her unwavering faith in our mission, many children found a mother's love, and many elderly felt that they were not forgotten.
She believed in us. She gave hope when hope was hard to find. She didn't just support our work; she shared our dream.
Her legacy is not measured by what she gave, but by the lives that were changed because she cared. Every child who smiles, every elderly who feels loved in Hope's Haven carries a part of her story.
To our dear Solveigh takk for alt.Thank you for loving the Filipino people so deeply. Thank you for being part of our journey. Your light will continue to shine in the eyes of our children and elderly.
To her beloved family in Norway, we are praying for you and we share in your sorrow. Please know that she will always be remembered, honored, and deeply loved here in the Philippines.
Rest well in God's loving arms, dear Solveigh. You brought hope to the Filipino, and we will never forget you. π€
Forever grateful,
Your MMHHNI Family
