The Cavite State University – CCAT Campus proudly presents the faces behind the Commission on Student Elections (COMSELEC)—the dedicated individuals entrusted to lead and safeguard the integrity of the Central Student Government (CSG) and Student Organization Elections.

Elected through the Consultative Assembly held last March 19, 2026, with the participation of various Presidents from recognized Student Organizations, these commissioners carry a mandate grounded in collective representation and trust.

Through a unanimous decision of all commissioners, Mr. Guillier E. Parulan was elected as Chairperson for the Commission on Student Elections (COMSELEC), garnering an 8/8 vote—a testament to the confidence placed in his leadership to uphold the highest standards of electoral integrity.

Assigned across departments, these Commissioners take the lead in ensuring that every sector is represented and guided throughout the electoral process:

• Ms. Jolly D. Lopez – Department of Hospitality Management
• Ms. Zephanie Joy C. Rebullar – Department of Teacher Education
• Ms. Katrina Marie L. Vuacrucisis – Department of Engineering
• Ms. Ednalyn R. Bon – Non-Academic Student Organizations
• Mr. John Robert Ramos – Department of Business Administration
• Mr. Jeshua Kadmiel Natividad – Department of Industrial Technology
• Mr. Jerome Abayare – Department of Computer Studies

More than commissioners, they are stewards of a process built on fairness, transparency, and credibility—defenders of the student voice, anchored in integrity and guided by accountability.

Let this serve as both an introduction and a reminder:
Leadership is not merely designated, it is legitimized through process and principle.

As we move forward into the election season, may their service reflect the will of the student body and the standards we uphold.

. Remember these tips to stay healthy this holiday season:
✅Store meat in the fridge until cooking time.
✅Wash fruits and vegetables with clean water.
✅Do not wash raw meat, as this can spread harmful microorganisms to hands, surfaces, utensils, or other food.
✅Separate raw and cooked food and use separate utensils and cutting boards for raw meat.
✅Cook food, especially meat, thoroughly.
✅Wash hands frequently during food preparation.
✅Eat at restaurants with good hygiene and avoid raw or undercooked food.

The CvSU–CCAT Emergency Response Team proudly rendered standby emergency and safety assistance during the IIE Day held last March 5, 2026. 🎶🚑

As part of the celebration of EE Day 2026, our team ensured that the event remained safe and well-supported while participants showcased their passion and talent on stage.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineering for inviting our team to be part of this remarkable event. It was an honor to serve and support the CvSU–CCAT community.

To ensure equitable representation and organized participation, registration slots are allocated as follows:
• Twenty-Five (25) DE Alumni
• Twenty-Five (25) Currently Enrolled Students per Department of CvSU-CCAT

Each department is given equal student slots to ensure fair and inclusive participation, while dedicated slots are reserved for DE Alumni in recognition of their continued connection and contribution to the community.
