On July 25, 2026, the Office of the Legal Aid of Lyceum of the Philippines University – Cavite successfully conducted a VAWC Awareness Seminar, reaffirming its commitment to community empowerment through legal education and public service.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Barangay Officials, Barangay Administrator, VAWC Desk, Lupon Tagapamayapa, Barangay Tanod, Barangay Health Workers (BHW), Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS), Eco Warriors, CPAG, Barangay Quick Response Unit (BQRU), and the HOA Officers and Representatives for their active participation, unwavering support, and dedication to promoting the welfare and protection of women, children, and families in the community.
Through meaningful discussions on the rights of women and children, the laws that safeguard them, and the importance of timely reporting and proper intervention in cases of violence, we hope to inspire greater awareness, encourage victims to seek help without fear, and strengthen the collective responsibility of every sector in building a safe, peaceful, and compassionate community.
The LPU Cavite Office of the Legal Aid remains steadfast in its mission of bringing the law closer to the people through education, advocacy, and community engagement.
