HOA Financial Statement for May 2026

As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, we are pleased to share the HOA Financial Statement for the month of May.

This report reflects the association's financial transactions, including collections and expenses, and is being provided to keep all homeowners informed about the management of our community funds.

We also encourage all homeowners and members to pay their association dues on time. Timely payments help ensure that the HOA can continuously meet its financial obligations and maintain essential community services without interruption.

Maaring pong mawalan ng supply ng tubig simula ngayong araw, June 3 hanggang bukas, June 4.
Low pressure to no water supply dahil po sa ginagawa po ang main deepwell sa KS6.
Nag distribute po ng 20 water drums ang Aqualink around KS6 (per blk/street). Lalagyan po ito ng tubig ng aqualink. P**i share na lang po ito sa mga kapitbahay nating hindj nakapag ipon o kulang sa tubig. Mag rarasyon po ng tubig si aqualink.

Para po sa mga nais magbayad ng cash para sa kanilang unpaid HOA dues, magkakaroon po ng collection bukas, May 30 (Saturday) sa Open Space mula 8:30 AM hanggang 11:00 AM lamang.

Hinihikayat po ang lahat na magbayad sa takdang oras upang maiwasan ang penalties at pagkaantala sa mga serbisyo ng samahan.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong pakikiisa at suporta.

MAHALAGANG PAALALA SA PAGBABAYAD NG HOA DUES

Magandang araw po sa lahat ng homeowners at residents.

Mahigpit pong ipinapaalala ang kahalagahan ng pagbabayad ng HOA dues sa tamang oras. Ang inyong buwanang kontribusyon ang ginagamit para sa pagpapatuloy ng mga pangunahing serbisyo at maintenance sa ating subdivision tulad ng:
โœ”๏ธ Pagpapahakot ng basura
โœ”๏ธ Seguridad ng subdivision
โœ”๏ธ Maintenance at paglilinis ng common areas
โœ”๏ธ Streetlights at iba pang pangangailangan ng komunidad

Ang regular at tamang pagbabayad ay malaking tulong upang mapanatiling maayos, malinis, at ligtas ang ating komunidad.

Simula po sa JUNE 1, mas magiging mahigpit na ang pagpapatupad ng mga alituntunin para sa mga may hindi nababayarang HOA dues. Ang mga homeowners na may hindi pa settled na obligasyon ay:
โš ๏ธ Hindi na muna masasama sa garbage collection o pagpapahakot ng basura
โš ๏ธ Hindi muna makakakuha ng Construction Permit
โš ๏ธ Hindi muna makakakuha ng mga kinakailangang Certification mula sa HOA
โš ๏ธ Hindi muna mapoprocess ang Move-In at Move-Out Pass

PAALALA:
Ang pagkakaroon ng membership sticker ay hindi garantiya ng tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo kung may hindi nababayarang HOA dues. Ang mga homeowner na may hindi pa settled na HOA fees ay maaaring hindi muna mahakutan ng basura hanggang sa mabayaran ang kanilang obligasyon.
Pinapaalalahanan po ang lahat na ugaliing magbayad ng HOA dues sa tamang oras upang maiwasan ang abala at tuloy-tuloy na maibigay ang mga serbisyo ng asosasyon.

Inaanyayahan po namin ang lahat na makipagtulungan at ugaliing magbayad sa takdang oras upang maiwasan ang abala at mapanatili ang maayos na serbisyo sa ating komunidad.
