🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL LKCentral HOMEOWNERS

MEMBER OR NON-MEMBER — THIS CONCERNS ALL OF US.

Our remaining collected Membership Fund is nearing depletion.

For the past two billing cycles, the Association has had to utilize part of the Membership Fund as an emergency fund to help sustain essential community services amid the low collection of association dues from homeowners across all six villages of LKCentral HOA.

This is not simply an accounting concern. If collections continue to fall, the Association may no longer have enough funds to maintain the level of services our community currently receives.

⚠️ WHAT COULD HAPPEN IF THE SITUATION WORSENS?

Depending on the severity of the funding shortage, the Association may be forced to consider measures such as:

🗑️ Reduction in garbage collection frequency
→ Less frequent collection could mean garbage staying longer in our streets.

🎫 Implementation of a Garbage Collection Pass
→ Garbage collection may be prioritized for homeowners in good standing who consistently pay their HOA dues.

👮 Reduction in the number of security guards on duty
→ Fewer guards could mean reduced security coverage within the community.

🚨 Possible complete pullout of security services
→ If funds become critically insufficient, maintaining the current security service may no longer be financially sustainable.

💡 Possible shutdown of streetlights
→ A reduction or suspension of street lighting may become necessary if the Association can no longer afford the operating costs.

These are not measures we want to implement. They are potential consequences of a continuing collection problem.

📢 THIS IS WHY YOUR PAYMENT MATTERS.

Whether you are already a registered HOA member or not, we strongly encourage every homeowner with an unsettled HOA due to settle their outstanding obligation as soon as possible.

Every payment helps the Association maintain the services that benefit the entire community—garbage collection, security, street lighting, and other essential operations.

💚 LET'S NOT WAIT UNTIL SERVICES ARE AFFECTED.

We appeal to all homeowners:

SETTLE YOUR UNPAID HOA DUES.
HELP REPLENISH THE ASSOCIATION'S FUNDS.
HELP KEEP LKCentral CLEAN, SAFE, SECURE, AND WELL-MANAGED.

This is a community responsibility. When collections suffer, everyone feels the impact.

Your timely payment today can help prevent service disruptions tomorrow.

🚨 LIGTAS TIGDAS MOBILE VACCINATION DRIVE
