TACTICAL OPERATIONS GROUP RESERVE- TAMBLER (formerly 73rd AFGR Socsargen) proudly shares the successful completion of the Office of Civil Defense Region XII Rapid Disaster Assessment and Needs Analysis (RDANA) Training held at Dolores Farm Resort, Polomolok, South Cotabato on April 14–17, 2026.

Representing the organization were SMs Angelito L Cerna PAF (Res), Sgt Cristian Jay Bentayo PAF (Res), and AMJulios B Durins PAF (Res), who completed the four-day on-site training designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to conduct Rapid Disaster Assessment and Needs Analysis during times of disaster.

The seminar covered key modules on RDANA introduction, concept and operations, mobilization, methodologies, and preparation, through room lectures, examinations, and field training exercises.

Upon completion, the participants are now qualified to be included in the roster of OCD XII for possible deployment during disasters and emergencies.

This achievement reflects their commitment to readiness, service, and disaster response in support of safer and more resilient communities.

Selected personnel of TACTICAL OPERATIONS GROUP RESERVE - TAMBLER (formerly 73rd AFGR Socsargen) completed Basic Incident Command System Training conducted on 30 March - 01 April 2026 at the Office of Civil Defense 12, Rajah Buayan, General Santos City. It was attended by participants from different government sectors in the region including selected members of the AFP.
Personnel of TOGR-TAMBLER who completed the training were
MAJ JONATHAN G SEGUMPAN PAF (RES), Deputy Group Commander and concurrent Director for Operations , SMs Angelito L Cerna PAF (Res), Wing Sergeant Major, TACTICAL OPERATIONS WING RESERVE EASTERN MINDANAO COMMAND, SSg Maribeth I Casten PAF (Res), Sgt Mylene S Gecosala PAF (Res), and Sgt Ryan S de la RAMA PAF (Res).

The training upgraded the skills and capabilities of attendees to
• Describe Incident Command System (ICS) and how it can be applied;
• Define roles and responsibilities of Senior Officials
• Describe ICS organization and responsibilities of Command and General Staffs; and
• Describe differences between on-scene ICS activities and activities that are accomplished by Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs) and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
Councils (DRRMCs).
