The Mindanao Halal Authority (MINHA), Inc. is a non-stock organization registered with the Securities and Exchange Commissi (SEC) under Registration No. CN200630625 on November 15, 2006.
MINHA is a duly accredited Halal Certifying body by the National Commision on Muslim Filipinos with Accreditation Number NCMF-AC No. 001-1213 dated December 23, 2013, officially engaged in the classification and certification of products as Halal (lawful for Muslim consumption according to the Shari’ah or Islamic Law).
MINHA is a brainschild of the Muslim Business Forum, founded in 2006, with the vision to champion Halal trade and industry development and Halal certification in Mindanao and the rest of the country.
