CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

BARRIO HIWAGA, representing five puroks in Barangay Bula: Purok 1 (Pearly Shell), Purok 2 (Fishermen's Village), Purok 3, Purok 4A, and Purok 4B, is now looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our delegation for the upcoming Linggo ng Kabataan 2025 in Barangay Bula, General Santos City.

PAGEANTRY EVENTS
We are in search of candidates for the following titles:

Binibining Bulawan – 2 participants

Hiyas ng Bulawan – 2 participants

Note: There is no limit to the number of aspirants who can join the screening process. However, only 2 official candidates per titles will be selected to represent Barrio Hiwaga, so feel free to participate in the screening.

ACADEMIC AND SKILL EVENTS
We are also looking for representatives in the following competitions:

Poster Making – 2 participants, 1 reserve

Essay Writing – 2 participants, 1 reserve

Extemporaneous Speaking – 2 participants, 1 reserve

Chess – 1 participant, 1 reserve

Dama – 1 participant, 1 reserve

Word Factory – 1 participant (occupied), 1 reserve

Inaanyayahan ang lahat ng Kabataang Bulawan na dumalo sa Kauna-unahang Assembly ng Katipunan ng Kabataan ngayong Hunyo 28, 2025 (Sabado), 1:00 PM sa Barangay Gymnasium.

Ang KK Assembly ay isang mahalagang pagtitipon kung saan maririnig ang saloobin, suhestiyon, at paninindigan ng kabataan para sa ikabubuti ng ating barangay at sa buong kapakanan ng Kabataang Bulawan. Dito rin tatalakayin ang mga programa, proyekto, at iba pang impormasyong nararapat na inyong malaman.

Dito, ikaw ang bida. May gusto kang sabihin? Sabihin mo. May ideya kang gustong iambag? Ibahagi mo. Gusto mo ng pagbabago? Simulan natin 'to — kasama ka. Hindi ito para sa amin lang. Ito’y para sa ‘yo. Sa atin. Sa buong kabataang Bulawan.

This is to formally inform all participating teams that the Opening Ceremony of PUROK 2 SUMMERFIC CELEBRATION 2025, with the theme “Values Development through Sports: Fostering Team Spirit, Respect and Integrity im Every Game," has been rescheduled to April 14, 2025 (originally scheduled for April 12, 2025) due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We apologize for any inconvenience this adjustment may cause and extend our appreciation for your understanding and continued support.

Your presence and participation in the opening program are highly valued as we commence this year’s league with a renewed commitment to excellence, sportsmanship, and unity.
