TATLONG SUSPEK SA MAGKAKAHIWALAY NA PAGNANAKAW, TIMBOG SA POLICE STATION 2

At about 10:20 PM on June 7, 2026, while the Motorcycle Patrol Team of Police Station 2 was conducting routine patrol operations in the area of Doรฑa Soledad Subdivision, Barangay Labangal, General Santos City, they noticed a female individual shouting for help and pointing at a male person who was running away while being identified as a thief ("Magnanakaw"). The responding personnel immediately pursued and successfully apprehended the fleeing suspect. Upon inquiry, the complainant, identified alyas Darlene, 53 years old, single, public teacher and a resident of Doรฑa Soledad Subdivision, Barangay Labangal, General Santos City informed the officers that the suspect had allegedly entered their residence and stolen her cellular phone, I Phone 13 amounting to Php 25,200.00. During the apprehension, the responding personnel recovered the I Phone 13 of the victim from the possession and control of the suspect later identified alyas Jepie, 39 years old, born on January 8, 1987, married, fisherman and a resident of Purok KPS, Zone 1, Barangay Labangal, General Santos City.

At about 10:00 AM on June 15, 2026, alyas Zi, 28 years old, single, singer, and a resident of Purok Estan Islao, Olarte Estate, Barangay Labangal, General Santos City, personally appeared at the Tanod Outpost located along Doรฑa Soledad Road, Barangay Labangal, General Santos City, and requested assistance regarding an alleged theft incident. According to her, at around 9:50 AM of the same date, an unidentified male person entered their residence without authority and unlawfully took her cellular phone described as a Vivo Y21T, color gray, with an estimated purchase value of Seven Thousand Pesos (Php7,000.00). Acting on the said report, the duty PSB of said Barangay together with the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT) members and the victim, immediately conducted a hot pursuit operation. The responding personnel successfully located and apprehended the suspect, later identified alyas Christ, 28 years old, born on April 8, 1998, single, glass installer, and a resident of Purok KPS, Zone 2, Barangay Labangal, General Santos City.
June 15, 2026
At about 9:30 PM of June 15, 2026, the duty security personnel of JY Yard 20, located at Purok Madarang, Barangay Labangal, General Santos City, reported to Police Station 2 and requested police assistance regarding an alleged theft incident. The said security personnel stated that they had apprehended a person who was caught in the act of unlawfully taking property belonging to JY Company. That immediately thereafter, the patrol team of Police Station 2 proceeded to the reported area. Upon arrival, the duty security guard identified as SG Deposa, 59 years old, single, security guard under Z James Security Agency, and a resident of Purok Quilantang, Barangay Calumpang, General Santos City, turned over one (1) male individual later identified alyas Marv, 32 years old, born on June 25, 1992, with live-in partner, driver by occupation, and a resident of Purok San Vicente, Barangay Labangal, General Santos City. Accordingly, the said suspect was caught in the act of taking one (1) dinamo motor of a rock crusher conveyor located inside the premises of JY Yard 20 at around 9:00 PM of June 15, 2026, without the authority or consent of the company.
