20 sacks of rice (25kg/sack) donated by St. JOSEPH Parish, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada through Jose "Joe" Sevilla will feed 54 Children at Risk (CAR), Children in need of Special Protection (CNSP), Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL). They can consume an average of 25kg of rice per day.
