The Plant Science Department of the College of Agriculture participated in the mandatory general cleaning activity on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, pursuant to Executive Order No. 002-2026 issued by the College of Agriculture Students' Society (CASS).

From the PlantSci park, tool room, back of Tanghal, and down to the Tanghal rooms, PlantSci students thoroughly cleaned their assigned areas.

The activity aimed to uphold the cleanliness and foster discipline among students through collective effort and the fulfillment of assigned responsibilities.

The Plant Science Students' Society (PSSS) conducted a food distribution for its constituents yesterday, October 11, 2026, at the MSU-Gensan Quadrangle, after the Intramurals Grand Opening parade.

Luis John Cerbas, a third-year BS in Agriculture major in Agronomy student, along with teammates Juliana Eya Mae Abellana and Jazpearl Krisha Linda, both BS Agribusiness Management students, secured second place in the GENCOFED Quiz Bee One-Day Interschool Competition held on October 10, 2026, at Robinsons Place, General Santos City.

The three students represented the Barangay Fatima Rural Waterworks Multipurpose Cooperative. They were guided by their coaches, Marlo Artemio Jr. and Kristaella Requiz.
