Education is a top priority in this administration, and we are committed to providing opportunities for learning and growth! As part of this initiative, the Sangguniang Kabataan, in partnership with the National Library of the Philippines, is establishing a youth-focused library a space where young minds can study, explore, and expand their knowledge.

To further support digital learning, the National Library of the Philippines has also provided four brand-new computers for educational use, ensuring that technology is accessible to our youth.

This project, led by SK Chairperson Joshua Manansala and SK Secretary Vince Shane Varron, reflects our dedication to empowering the next generation through education.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | 𝗞𝗞 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Council of Barangay Bula will conduct the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Election to ensure youth representation and active participation in community governance. The election will take place every weekend of March and will be conducted in every Purok within the barangay. All youth residents aged 15 to 30 years old are encouraged to participate.

To be eligible, participants must present the following requirements:
1. Birth Certificate as proof of age,
2. Proof of residency such as a Barangay ID, Voter’s Certificate, or any valid ID indicating their address;
3. Printed Application Form which is availble in the the SK Office

This election is conducted in accordance with the provisions of RA 10742 to uphold transparency, inclusivity, and fair representation of the youth sector.

We urge all qualified youth to take part in this important process and exercise their right to vote. For inquiries, please visit the SK Office of Barangay Bula.
