The clock is tickingโtick, tock, tick, tockโand just like a certain anxious white rabbit whoโs always late for something, the ESO Week is hopping closer to its most anticipated event. Each department is now scrambling, strategizing, and probably questioning their life choices at 2:00 a.m., all for one goal: to claim the crown as this yearโs Top Spot.
The Engineering Students Organization (ESO), together with the five departments, is gearing up for the long-awaited ESO Week. Many are excited about the fun-filled activities, well-organized programs, and carefully prepared events. The question now echoes louder than an alarm clock on a Monday morning: Will the reigning champion, JPSME, conquer ESO Week once again, or will the other four competitive departments finally steal the spotlight theyโve been manifesting about?
Last yearโs ESO Week was one of the most controversial yet unforgettable. JPSME rose to victory, overtaking the pioneering three-time champion, and the now non-existent organization OEECES, which was composed of SELENS and JIECEP. It was a moment that made history and probably broke a few group chats. Now, here we are again. The clock has reset, the race has begun, and each department, PICE, JPSME, ETSO, JIECEP, and SELENS, is ready to conquer heaven and earth. Five competitors. One crown. No excusesโexcept maybe โReady na ba ta?โ
There isnโt much left to say. The countdown has begun, and everyone is ready for the most rewarding college week in the university. So grab your gears, set your alarms, and donโt be lateโbecause in this race against time, every tick matters.
Better move fastโbecause time waits for no engineer, and neither does the crown.
