Ngayong taon... isang Parola ang ating itinatayo. Hindi lamang estruktura, kundi bilang pangakong mananatiling nakatindig sa gitna ng unos. Sa bawat hampas ng alon, sa bawat pag-ihip ng hangin, at sa bawat pangarap na tila naliligaw ng landas, may liwanag na patuloy na sisilay. Sapagkat ang tunay na paglalakbay ay hindi nasusukat sa layo ng ating nararating, kundi sa tapang nating magpatuloy sa layo ng pampang.

Mula sa Jeep ng ating paglalakbay at sa mga Alitaptap na minsang gumabay sa ating mga hakbang, ngayon ang Parola ang sisilay. Kabataang Calumpang, ito ang panahon upang maging liwanag para sa isa't isa, hindi lamang sa oras ng tagumpay, pati na sa gitna ng dilim.

Sapagkat sisilay ang pag-asa. Sisilay ang pagkakaisa. At sisilay ang kabataang handang manguna!
