25 AUGUST 2023 | MINDANAO - Bangon Bansang Magkakaisa, Inc. - National Office led by Ms. Bernadeth G. Aninang, Executive Director and Chairperson together with Bangon - Mindanao Chapter Officers, and Bangon - Brgy Calumpang Leaders led by Ms. Julieta Camile, Brgy Calumpang Head conducted a Membership Orientation Activity at the Municipal Gymnasium of Brgy Calumpang, General Santos City.

The activity aims to promote and encourage our members and residents of Brgy Calumpang about the ideals and principles of BBMI, and to empower them to become active and good role model of leaders and volunteers in their humble community.

The activity ended successfully with the attendees positively and willingly accept the challenge to organize and adopt the programs, and become a PARTNER OF CHANGE.

24 AUGUST 2023 | MINDANAO - Bangon Bansang Magkakaisa, Inc. - National Office led by Ms. Bernadeth G. Aninang, Executive Director and Chairperson, together with Bangon - Mindanao Chapter Officers, and Bangon - Mun. of Gen. Salipada K. Pendatun (GSKP) Leaders conducted a Membership Orientation Activity at the Municipal Gymnasium of General Salipada K. Pendatun, Maguindanao del Sur.

The Bangon - National Office Team received a heart-warming welcome from the members and residents of GSKP with the support of their Local Government Unit (LGU) headed by Municipal Mayor Hon. Rafsanjani P. Ali represented by the GSKP Deputy Chairman of MTFRU, Datu Tomykarl "Jeng" P. Pendatun together with other LGU Officials and Barangay LGU Leaders. The Bangon Bansang Magkakaisa Leadership presents to the members the mission and vision, encourage them to continue pursuing the best opportunity ahead of them, and give their full support, commitment and cooperation to the plans, programs and activities of the organization.

The activity ended successfully with the members of Bangon - GSKP are now empowered to adopt and develop their capacity, improve their way of living, and become a PARTNER OF CHANGE.

19 AUGUST 2023 | MINDANAO - Best Buy Marketing Cooperative, a subsidiary organization under the umbrella of Bangon Bansang Magkakaisa, Inc. and was fully adopted by Bangon - Mindanao Chapter, attended and participated the mandatory training seminar being organized by the Cooperative Development Agency (CDA) - Region 12, along with four (4) other micro cooperatives in the region.

CDA is the regulating government office for all types of Cooperatives in the Philippines, require all new micro Cooperatives to comply and engage with all the mandatory training and seminars as being stated in the law under the R.A. 9520 or the Cooperative Code of the Philippines before they can be able to operate and to establish for a long period of time.

The 2-day seminar which conducted via Zoom on August 18 and 19, 2023 focuses on the Fundamentals of a Cooperative, and Cooperative Management and Governance.

The activity ended successfully with the participants are now equipped with ideas and knowledge which are an essential tool for the smooth operation and management of their respective organizations/cooperatives.

19 AUGUST 2023 | MINDANAO - Bangon Bansang Magkakaisa, Inc. (BBMI) - National Office led by Ms. Bernadeth G. Aninang, Executive Director and Chairperson together with BBMI - Mindanao Chapter Officers, and BBMI - Brgy Labangal, GenSan Leaders conducted a meet-and-greet meeting with the Officers and members of Senior Citizen - Doña Soledad Chapter located at Doña Soledad Subdivision, Brgy Labangal, General Santos City.

This activity provides an opportunity for BBMI to share with our beloved Seniors of Brgy. Labangal District II about the overview of the organization, along with its mission and vision, and what are the corresponding programs for livelihood and other benefits being
offered for its leaders and members, especially to the sector of which they represents.

The activity ended successfully with our beloved Seniors are now ready and are empowered to fully adopt the programs being presented, and to become a PARTNER OF CHANGE.

Clapis of Brgy. Labangal, General Santos City.

The courtesy call ended successfully which aims to promote BBMI's Mission and Vision along with its plans and programs to the Barangay Chief Executive; to establish a good partnership between the BLGU of Labangal and BBMI; and to empower the constituents of Brgy Labangal to become a PARTNER OF CHANGE.

18 AUGUST 2023 | MINDANAO - The family of late Mr. Nestor Bayona, Sr., a resident of the Municipality of Midsayap in the Cotabato (North) Province and a bonafide member of Bangon Bansang Magkakaisa, Inc. (BBMI) received 1 sack of rice through the initiative of BBMI - Midsayap led by Mr. Joselito D. Farrales, Municipal Head together with Purok Leader Ms. Aleah Araneta of Brgy. Upper Glad 1.

This initiative of our BBMI leaders in Midsayap not only provides a relief and of great help to the bereaved family especially to this time of mourning for their loss, but it likewise promotes the 'Bayanihan' spirit among us which depicts the great values among Filipinos by extending its helping hands to those who are in need of sympathy and support.

11 AUGUST 2023 | MINDANAO - Tribal Leaders of Bangon Bansang Magkakaisa, Inc. (BBMI) - Sultan Kudarat Province led by Datu Loloy M. Oting, Provincial Tribal Head together with Mr. Jose B. Sobong, Asst. Provincial Tribal Head, and Mr. Danilo B. Mlok, Kalamansig Municipal Tribal Head paid a courtesy visit today at BBMI - National Office and received a warm welcome from Ms. Bernadeth G. Aninang, BBMI Chairperson and Executive Director.

The visit of the Tribal Leaders of Sultan Kudarat Province signifies strong relationship between the entire tribal community of Sultan Kudarat and Bangon Bansang Magkakaisa Organization, and extend full support to the programs and activities being implemented.

Likewise, the visiting Tribal Leaders are now empowered and willingly accept the challenge to adopt and be the PARTNER OF CHANGE.
