No more “Good morning, Scouts!”
No more type A and exercises
No more Wednesday and Friday formations.
No more service and duties during school events.
No more camporals, jamborees, trainings, and countless BSP activities that shaped us into who we are today.

From earning badges to learning discipline, leadership, responsibility, and service, BSP became more than just an organization—it became a part of our school life and our growth.

As we move on to a new chapter, we’ll carry with us the lessons, memories, friendships, and values that scouting has given us. Thank you, BSP, for the experiences we’ll always treasure.

Once a Scout, always a Scout. ⚜️

What hurts more is seeing our officers graduate and realizing they won’t be with us in the next scouting activities anymore. They became more than just leaders to us — they were the people who guided us, supported us, and made every camp, activity, and memory feel special. It’s painful knowing that the people who once stood beside us during every challenge and achievement will soon move forward to a new chapter without us. Their presence became part of our journey, and it won’t feel the same when they’re gone. Still, we’re proud of how far they’ve come, even if saying goodbye is hard.☹️

Scouting is freedom—the kind you don’t have to ask permission for. It’s where every scout can be fully themselves, speak their truth, and explore who they are without fear of judgment. In the wild, under open skies, we don’t just learn skills—we discover our voices, our courage, and the freedom to grow into who we’re meant to be.

As Robert Baden-Powell once said, “Try and leave this world a little better than you found it.” And in that spirit, scouting becomes more than an activity—it becomes a journey of self-expression, growth, and purpose.

“Look wide, and even when you think you are looking wide—look wider still.” Because in scouting, freedom isn’t just about where you go, but how boldly you choose to see, to feel, and to be yourself.

There is indeed more to scouting that I hope for each scouts to see.

“Cherish and enjoy every moment you spend in scouting, because one day—every laugh, every friendships, every family you built, every campings and training you attend, will eventually just become a memory”

every adventure in scouting is carried well with lessons that we’ll carry with pride for a lifetime.

A memorable day for Outfit #008.
The School-Based Court of Honor for Senior Scouts at General Santos City National Secondary School of Arts and Trades celebrates the dedication, leadership, and service of our Senior Scouts. This moment marks not just recognition of achievements, but also the journey, memories, and lessons that scouting has given us.

As we move forward to new paths, the values we learned in Outfit #008—leadership, brotherhood, and service—will always stay with us. Once a scout, always a scout.
