Before every great cup, there’s a process most people never see—**green bean sorting**. 🌱☕

This is where quality truly begins.

After harvest and drying, coffee beans are still raw—called *green beans*. But not all beans make the cut. At this stage, each batch is carefully sorted to remove defects like broken pieces, underripe beans, discoloration, or anything that could affect the final taste in your cup.

Some are sorted by hand, others with machines—but the goal is the same: consistency, clarity, and quality.

Because even one bad bean can throw off the balance of an entire brew.

It’s a quiet, meticulous step—but it speaks volumes. It shows the dedication of farmers, processors, and roasters who take pride in every stage of the journey.

From farm to cup, quality is never rushed—it’s chosen.

Next time you take a sip, remember: it all started with selecting the right beans. 🤝
