Blackthorn Coffee's 2nd year Anniversary Latte Art Throwdown with Our President as one of the esteemed judges. 16 Talented Baristas battled out head to head and ended with Kent Matonton of Flavor Catch Coffee as the Champion. Charles Bahian from Kibawe as 1st Runner Up and Jayson Montes of BLCK as 2nd runner up. Congratulations to each and every Barista who participated. ☕️☺️

Today, we had the privilege of sharing the art and science behind Advance Coffee Brewing Techniques and Coffee Appreciation with passionate learners and coffee enthusiasts of Sarangani Province.
From understanding extraction and brewing variables to appreciating the flavors hidden in every cup, our goal is simple, to help more people experience coffee beyond just a daily beverage. Today Coffee Stakeholders of Sarangani brewed and tasted Different Local Specialty Beans From Region 12 and Region 10.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and to DTI Sarangani Province for making this learning experience possible.
