As hereunder-attached/posted, please find your respective school's SESSION SCHEDULE of the oathtaking on April 28, 2026.

IMPORTANT!
Due to concern of venue capacity, a ONE-ESCORT policy will be strictly implemented. Further, a ONE REPRESENTATIVE PER SCHOOL will also be in effect (preferably the Dean or Program Head only). And, just to be very clear, proprietor or staff/lecturers of review centers are politely barred from attending the oathtaking for delicadeza's sake (appreciates your understanding on this concern, thanks).

For those who haven't registered yet for the April 28, 2026 Oathtaking, just a gentle reminder that if you can't register until April 16, 2026's deadline then your venue slots will be given to passers of other regions who would opt to take their oath in region 12.

OATHTAKING registration will start on March 23, 2026 and will end on April 15, 2026. As herein-posted, kindly contact the focal person on your area.
Registration fee is 1,800 pesos only with the following inclusions: Oathtaking Fee, PCAP Membership Fee (Certificate, ID), PCAP Pin, RCrim Pin, Venue and Its Implement, Souvenir, Flaglet, and with one (1) es**rt (priority is parent) - i.e., we'll post in here on April 17, 2026 if there will be additional es**rt. Payment via GCash, bank transfer, or other online payment methods is not available.

Note:
DO NOT fill out the registration link unless you have paid the registration fee because it requires a PCAP Official Receipt (to be issued upon payment). Also, upon payment, DO NOT forget to bring with you your printed Oath Form you have downloaded from your LERIS account (it's already open, be sure you have chosen PRC Region XII) and your Notice of Admission (NOA).

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
1. There will be two (2) sessions (MORNING and AFTERNOON), the OFFICIAL LIST of NAMES-and-SESSION will be posted in here on April 22, 2026.
2. Please come EARLY at the venue - i.e., verification/ attendance will start at 6:30 AM (MORNING session) and 12:30 PM (AFTERNOON session).
3. Distribution of PCAP Membership Certificate, ID and Pins will also be at 6:30 AM and 12:30 PM, respectively.
3. Dress Code:
Female - Filipiniana Dress
Male - Barong Tagalog.
Follow that strictly and professionally, wear it with dignity. For es**rt, kindly wear any dominant white dress.
4. For verification purposes, bring a copy of your receipt of payment.

VERY IMPORTANT:
For now, the venue can ACCOMMODATE REGION 12 PASSERS only (no NOA, No Registration). For passers of other regions who intend to have their oathtaking in region 12, please monitor on this page for an announcement on April 17, 2026 if there will be slots available.
