PRC ISSUES CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY TO OPERATE TO PHILEXPORT REGION XII CHAPTER, INC. QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), through the PRC Regional Office XII, issued Certificate of Authority to Operate (CATO) to Philexport Region XII Chapter, Inc. Quality Control on July 28, 2026.

The issuance of the Certificate of Authority to Operate (CATO) formally grants Philexport Region XII Chapter, Inc. Quality Control Laboratory the mandate to conduct professional chemical analysis and quality assessment services. This certification verifies that the facility fully complies with all standards set under the Chemistry Profession Republic Act. No. 10657.

Philexport Region XII Chapter, Inc. Quality Control Laboratory was inspected by Hon. Adoracion P. Resurreccion, Chairperson of the Board, PRB Chemistry last December 16, 2024. Following full and satisfactory compliance with all recommendations set by the board, and upon the Board’s official endorsement, the PRC, through Regional Office XII formally issued the CATO to the said chemical laboratory.

The certificate was handed by Ms. Melizza L. De Jesus, Supervising Professional Regulations Officer of the Regulation Division of PRC Regional Office XII to Ms. Samantha Faye Sunio, Registered Chemist, Representative of Philexport Region XII Chapter, Inc. Quality Control Laboratory.
