💙 FELLOWSHIP WITH A PURPOSE 💙

Last Thursday, August 13, 2026, the Rotary Club of Greater General Santos gathered for an evening of fellowship made even more meaningful through service.

Together, the Greater Ladies spent time repacking essential items that will be donated to less fortunate families in Lower Puting Bato, Calumpang, General Santos City.

It was more than just a fellowship—it was an opportunity to work together, share our time, and prepare something that can bring a little comfort and hope to families in need.

Because fellowship becomes even more meaningful when it leads us to serve others and create lasting impact in our community. 💙

Together in fellowship. Together in service. Together for the community.

Securing Maternal and Child Health in Purok Lower Puting Bato, Barangay Calumpang, General Santos City
August 14, 2026

The Rotary Club of Greater General Santos and the Philippine Airlines Head Cabin Attendants (Wings) combined forces to bring critical relief to Purok Lower Puting Bato, Barangay Calumpang, General Santos City.

With post-disaster environments presenting severe health threats to mothers and young children, this joint mission ensured Maternal & Child Health and Disease Prevention for 65 of the hardest-hit families.

The Barangay Calumpang SK Officials and Purok Lower Puting Bato Officials worked closely alongside the Rotary Club of Greater Gensan on the ground, helping validate the families most in need and ensuring a safe, organized, and orderly distribution process.

Essential Assets Distributed:
1. Hygiene and medicine kits to protect families against sickness and prevent disease outbreaks.
2. Sleeping mats, Blankets, Towels, and Shirts to protect children and mothers from damp conditions and respiratory illnesses.
Our deepest gratitude goes out to everyone who made this collaboration seamless, swift, and deeply impactful!

Behind every family is a mother who gives so much of herself every day.

On August 7, 2026, the Rotary Club of Greater General Santos distributed Hygiene Kits to Mothers during the Community Outreach and Development Program at Antonio D. Pendatun Elementary School, Daan Banwang, Upper Labay, General Santos City.

This simple gesture is our way of reminding every mother that her health, dignity, and well-being matter too.

When we care for mothers, we help strengthen families and build healthier communities. 💙

Small acts of service can make a meaningful difference. 💙

On August 7, 2026, the Rotary Club of Greater General Santos turned over 6 sets of Feeding Tables and Benches, together with a Rice Donation, to Antonio D. Pendatun Elementary School, Daan Banwang, Upper Labay, General Santos City.

The feeding tables and benches will provide the children with a proper space during their feeding activities, while the donated rice will help support the school’s nutrition program.

And to make the day extra special, we also shared Jollibee Chicken Meals with the children—bringing smiles, excitement, and a little “Bida ang Saya” to their day. 🍗😊

Because serving is not only about meeting needs. Sometimes, it is also about creating simple moments of happiness that children will remember.

Nourishing young bodies, bringing happy smiles, and helping build brighter futures.

Together, we serve where it matters most. 💙
