We encouraging all the residents of Purok 5, Sitio Intake, to have their own Trash Bin (Sako para sa Basura). By implementing these rules it will surely eradicate and diminish the existing problem, putting it hard and strict as possible, applying force and coercive strategy will trance people to the discipline.
