Face-To-Face Oathtaking of the New Professional Mechanical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Certified Plant Mechanics

The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Professional Mechanical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Certified Plant Mechanics will be held on October 08, 2025, at the Royale Hotel Convention, National Highway, Brgy. Lagao, General Santos City.

All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.

Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as "attended".

Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT: EVENT CANCELLATION
It is with sincere regret that we announce the cancellation of the 24th Southern Mindanao Assembly, originally scheduled on July 9–11, 2025, at the KCC Convention Center, General Santos City.

Despite our best efforts and months of preparation, two critical challenges have led us to this difficult decision:

1️⃣ The timeline for applying CPD (Continuing Professional Development) units was inadvertently missed, and with limited time left, fulfilling the compliance requirements is no longer feasible.
2️⃣ We have not secured the minimum number of exhibitors needed to support the planned business exhibit—an essential part of the assembly's value and purpose.

We know many of you were excited about this event—and we share your disappointment. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

That said, this is not the end. The PSME Gensan Chapter remains committed to serving the mechanical engineering community with better, stronger events in the future. We take this as a learning moment and a motivation to deliver improved and well-coordinated programs moving forward.
