MISSION

To positively contribute to the transformation of society by empowering, developing, and equipping young people with transcendental leadership, strong ethical values and personal discipline, critical and creative thinking, responsible citizenship, and love for humanity. VISION

HMYFI is a locally responsive and internationally recognized youth foundation and an UN-accredited organization

committed to developing young people and communities. This will be achieved through its vision, mission, and purpose statement in Article III to IV of it's Constitution. The HMYFI commits itself to the pursuit of the following objectives:

a. To establish a foundation that will represent the youth. To promote the moral, social, and economic well-being of all the members. To protect and uphold the individual and rights and privileges of all the members. To foster harmonious and progressive youth relations. To strive for the adoption of legislation, policies, and other measures that will promote all the members' economic, social, and well-being in general. MANDATE

HMYFI mandate is to enhance individual responsibility, harness human potential, and promote self-reliance among members of vulnerable populations by providing them with necessary tools, training, and resources in order that they see themselves as valued and supported members of their respective communities.
