𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐃 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐁𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐖 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔! 🌈

After a thorough review and evaluation of all submitted portfolio entries by the Steering Committee, the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) is proud to announce the Top Five (5) Finalists of BULALAYAW: Community Livelihood Project Support for the LGBT Sector.

The selected finalists have demonstrated innovative, sustainable, and community-responsive livelihood initiatives that aim to empower and uplift members of the LGBTQIA+ community in their respective localities.

🏳️‍🌈 In no particular order, the Five Finalists are:

✅ Project Sala Care | SANTA ANA
✅ Project Rise | BALLESTEROS
✅ Project Balay Taripatu | BAGGAO
✅ Kulay ng Pag-Asa Ecobag Project | GATTARAN
✅ Lamiist | LALLO

These finalists will proceed to the Final Presentatio Defense on June 25, 2026, as part of the Province of Cagayan's Pride Month Celebration, where they will showcase their community livelihood projects before a panel of judges.

Congratulations to all the finalists, and thank you to all participating municipalities for your commitment to promoting empowerment, inclusivity, and sustainable development for the LGBTQIA+ community.
