Building resilience starts with informed and empowered communities. 🤝✨️

The 1st Barangay Assembly in Brgy. Salvacion, Garchitorena, Camarines Sur successfully brought together the BLGU, community members, ACT, and MCT to introduce and take part for piloting the Philippine Community Resilience Project (PCRP) under KALAHI-CIDSS.

Together, we laid the foundation for a participatory, transparent, and community-driven implementation.

To formally transfer the completed Sub-Project to the Local Government Unit (LGU), Barangay Council, and Child Development Workers for proper operation, maintenance, and management, ensuring a safe, functional, and conducive learning environment for young children. The turnover also aims to promote community ownership, sustainability of the project, and continued delivery of quality early childhood care and development services to beneficiary families.

3. To ensure that the project implementation follows the approved engineering design and technical standards of KALAHI-CIDSS.

4. To orient community volunteers, barangay officials, and workers on the site layout and project boundaries prior to construction activities.

5. To validate site conditions and identify possible issues or adjustments before the start of excavation and construction works.
