📍 Session 10: Basic Life Support

An engaging and life-saving session led by Mrs. Jesiryl B. Tunay, with the support of facilitators Sir Karl Jachell C. Culaway and Sir Ryan B. Guadalupe (LDRRM Assistant II, MDRRMO LGU Garchitorena), along with FO2 Mark Joseph S. Concepcion of BFP LGU Garchitorena.

Participants learned essential first aid and basic life support skills through live demonstrations and hands-on practice. 🩺🚑

📍 Session 7: "Kabataan Kontra Droga"
🗣 Speaker: PSMS Ronila A. Sierte – PNP, LGU Garchitorena
A powerful session on empowering the youth to be frontliners in the fight against illegal drugs. PSMS Sierte emphasized the importance of awareness, early intervention, and community-based strategies to steer young people away from substance abuse. The session highlighted real-life stories, law enforcement efforts, and how youth can become advocates for a drug-free future.

📍 Session 8: "Local Youth Planning for SK"
🗣 Speaker: John Paul S. Lopez – Local Youth Development Officer, LGU Garchitorena
This session guided SK officials and youth leaders in effective local planning—focusing on how to develop relevant, inclusive, and impactful programs for the youth. Mr. Lopez introduced frameworks and tools aligned with the Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP), encouraging participants to think long-term, data-driven, and participatory in their approach.

Day 2 featured an eye-opening discussion led by Mrs. Queenie E. Arcilla, Nurse I of RHU LGU Garchitorena. Through her expertise, participants gained deeper insight into the importance of mental wellness, the realities of teenage pregnancy, practical ways to manage stress, and crucial facts about HIV prevention and care.

Knowledge is power—and today’s sessions brought that power to the youth of Garchitorena. 💪

To my fellow Garchitoreneans, I speak not just as a concerned citizen, but as someone who truly dreams of a better, stronger, and more united Garchitorena.
Let us pray for the victory of Team One Garchitorena especially Mayora Leda San Luis.
Mayora is not just a public servant, she is a woman of principle, compassion and action.
The way she speaks, you can hear the voice of a true leader. A leader with a clear and strong vision for us Garchitoreneans.
Throughout her three years of service , she has shown us that leadership is not about NOISE or PROMISES‐-- its about PRESENCE, CONSISTENCY, and GENUINE CARE FOR PEOPLE❤️

Para sa tunay na serbisyo sa tao, sa pag-unlad ng ating bayan, at sa pagpapatuloy ng kanyang nasimulang mga proyekto.

Mga kapwa ko taga-Garchitorena, kung talagang iniisip ninyo ang magandang kinabukasan ng ating bayan, malinaw na si Mayora Leda ang susi rito.

Huwag magpadala sa pera ng kalaban at sa kanilang paninira.
PLATAPORMA, HINDI PANINIRA.

Sa loob lamang ng 3 taon ni Mayora, nakita na natin ang lahat ng kanyang nagawa—mga bagay na hindi naisagawa ng kalaban sa loob ng anim na taon nilang panunungkulan.

Sa huling pagkakataon, hinihingi ko po ang inyong suporta para sa tunay na Ina ng ating bayan. Alam kong ang mga taga-Garchitorena ay matatalinong botante, kaya sana'y piliin ninyo pa rin ang ating mahal na Mayora—ang totoong nagdala ng pagbabago at kaunlaran sa ating bayan.

Kung matatandaan, ipinahayag na noon ng Korte Suprema na “unconstitutional” ang naunang pagpostpone ng kaparehong eleksyon.
