HUSTLE IN SILENCE, CELEBRATE AS A TEAM.

NIA PUMPING STATION NO. 3 CIA, INC. received awards from the recently conducted NIA-CIA/IA Awarding Ceremony last January 20, 2025 @ NIA MARIIS Division 3 - San Manuel Isabela.

2nd Best Canal Clearing Award for C.Y 2025 (NIA PS3)
Highest EPHAP Sales Award for C.Y 2025 (Villa Raniag IA).

We would like to thank those who were behind the success of the Association, from our supervisors from NIA MARIIS D3 under Manager Jaime Lara - on the Institutional Development Unit spearheaded by Ma'am Cheryfie Villezs, our Area 2 Senior IDO Sir Bienvenido Mabunga, and PS3 IDO Ma'am Marycel Nino and on the Operation Management Unit spearheaded by Derson Casiano, our Area 2 Engineers - Engr. Rizaldy Asuncion together with Engr. Jayson Lacanilao and Sir Harry Reglos (BEST SWRFT of Area 2 - C.Y 2025), and of course to our co-farmers who supports and assisted as NIA PS3 BOTs and Management staff in achieving our goal. We are always grateful and will continually do our best to support and offer service to our farmers within our area.

But wait.....

The CIA Commends the hardwork and perseverance of these 3 CIA Technicians ( Sir Romel Valerozo, Sir Raul Jacobe and Sir Khing Zurbano) monitoring irrigation water flow during charging and water delivery.

With the assistance and Guidance of Operation Unit Personnel of NIA Division 3. Starting this Crop year 2026, These 3 technicians already put an effort to ensure that our farmers received maybe not that sufficient but at least enough irrigation water to their farmlands. Their commitment turned into passion. Kudos to their unity as a team.

REMOVAL OF DEBRIS ON MAIN CANAL #1.

On January 2, 2026, The NIA Ps3 CIA started their year with removal of debris with the assistance and guide of the Operation Unit, Engr. Rizaldy Asuncion, Engr. Jayson Lacanilao and Sir Harry Reglos, together with CIA Technicians, Sir Valerozo, Sir Zurbano and Sir Jacobe, the said activity was to prevent flooding and overflowing of irrigation water on canals and maintaining water flow ensuring that there is enough water supply for farmers within the service area of PS3.
