According to PAGASA, as of 5:00 PM, Tropical Depression "Kristine" has slightly intensified over the Philippine sea, east of the Bicol Region. Consequently, the following areas in Visayas have been placed under a Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal:

Current generations of girls encounter significant obstacles due to cultural norms, poverty, and low socioeconomic status. However, it is vital to remember that every girl is equally important and deserving of a life free from harm and abuse.

Hence, we must work together to create a world where every girl can live safely and freely, empowering them to achieve their dreams and aspirations.♀️🩷

𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀!: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸!

The long-awaited hiatus is over! 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 (TYPCY) are reunited, ready to embark on a noble mission to safeguard and empower the youth of Gamay, Northern Samar.

On Monday, September 30, 2024, TYPCY held a vibrant consultative meeting at Verenas Restaurant in Catarman. Core members, currently studying at the University of Eastern Philippines, gathered to discuss revitalizing the organization after its extended break.

The agenda centered on strategies to breathe new life into TYPCY, as well as planning future activities and projects that reaffirm the organization’s commitment to protecting and empowering the children and youth of Gamay. Excitement and dedication filled the room as members shared ideas and forged a path forward for meaningful change in their community.
