Customer Centered, Progressive Spirit, Respect of Individuality, Holistic Responsibilities, Cooperation and Care, Trustworthiness and Hard work, Professional Consciousness It started in a humble conversational approach from a group of believer in God of Lighthouse Baptist Church (LBC, Singapore) that shared their passion and vision. Initially, four individuals composed by Jakeson, Jay, Janette and
Grace talked about saving money for their future that for any instance, they have the sword to take or better hands to reach out. Consequently, the raised topics and concerned were brought out through emails and relayed it to Richard and Jennifer as well. We still believe that many colleagues that we trusted will results a lot! We got their positive feedback at our earliest time. And constant communication was established along the way. However, not everything with a great beginning always is at it. Grace needs to go back to Philippines and indulge herself with other commitment in lined also with the vision of the group. That is with our understanding that she’ll withdraw the financial contributions for the possible company. And it happened. We could not wait but to continue on what we had started and the burning desire is luminous on their eyes. We set another meet-up regarding the issues hanged last meeting. This was conducted at McDonalds, Lucky Plaza, last 7 August and we finished at 1130pm. Everything was laid out properly and the confirmation of members we’re claimed. From the specific target amount they aimed until how to contribute to society was tackled. It was Jakeson, Jay, Janette, Jennifer and Richard who will be responsible and willing to take the challenge. One of the major concerns is the name of the group aligned with the upcoming businesses that we’re going to launched. At City Square at Farrer Park, 28 August 2011 after the fellowship is another chapter. Usually, before we commence on whichever we do, we pray, asking God for wisdom. And that day is another marked of history able to create our unique name. The members have their starting four letters “J” on the first name and only one “R”. Thinking about catchy word and congruent to our group and products, we thought “The Merlion Shepherd Ltd” “Jesus for Reformation (j4r)” and “YOU-nity Merchandise” would be the best? Then we aligned to the level of Facebook, Friendster, Foursquare and Twitter. Likewise, JsquaRe Ltd. made it to the top and final name!!! We are four Js and we used the R emphasizing one member’s first name. The four cornerstones is a tough foundation that hard to be moved. And this is why we are anchored with God being our centre and strong ground. Four core common values we share such (1) sense of responsibility, (2) trustworthiness, (3) hardworking and (4) God-fearing. We immediate developed a logo we want suitable for various products we may launched in the near future. We ended that night full of hope and prayers from above to shower His riches and glory from us here above the earth.
