Brawner Legacy?
Despite the objections and negative reactions of most officers in the AFP, Brawner still pushed for the appointment and promotion of undeserving and questionable officers.
There are even last minute special convening of the Board of Generals to accommodate these favored officers.
Worst thing is nagkaroon pa ng interest ang DND to control the intelligence units of the AFP.
Is this to enhance the mission capability of the armed forces?
For SND to micromanage the intelligence operations? Or baka naman gawin lang pang clearing ng DND for its fund raising campaign?
To think Gen Adecer has no experience whatsoever with operational and strategic intelligence and yet was appointed to be the deputy of the AFP Intelligence Command, and at the same time the Senior Military Assistant of the SND.
And since Gen Barandon was appointed as the Commander of AIC, sino naman ang papalit sa kanya as Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, J2?
Ang balita is bata na naman ni SND ang uupo.
Si Gen Adecer ay ang nilalapitan naman ng PMA Class 94 para makapwesto.
Kung Adecer for 94 positions, si Gen Morales naman of the Presidential Security Command ang genius sa pagpwesto ng PMA Class 93.
Tanungin lang sa mga mistah nila at alam ang kalakaran ng dalawa.
Mabilis ang promotion ni Gen Morales to Major General, at nangangarap pa maging CGPAF.
Last chance na kasi niya at barely more than a year left before he retires.
Ok lang daw kahit masagasaan ang senior officers from Class 90, 91 and 92.

Ang kanyang inconsistent policies, centralization and micromanagement, at paghihigpit ni ay iaalmahan ng mga kasundauhan?

Si Gen Galido ay napaupo bilang CGPA dahil sa padrino niya, malakas ang connect sa Malacanang.

Mas Mabuti pa na sumandal na siya kay SND para makapag CSAFP.
Anyway pwede naman niya gamitin si Ltc Marco Magisa na ang asawa ay nagtratrabaho sa office ni Sec Teodoro.
But the problem is walang tiwala si SND sa Army to occupy strategic positions.
Mas malaki tiwala niya sa Air Force at Marines.
Si Air Force Gen Cordura ang manok niya as next CSAFP, si Marines Mgen Adecer ang nilagay as deputy AIC at napromote agad 2 star, si Marines Bgen Juan naman ang pambato ni SND as next PSC Commander, ang number of Generals ay dinagdagan sa Air Force at Navy kahit na labag sa batas.

As such, retired Gen Alcantara was appointed last May 2023 as the Special Envoy for Transnational Crime, and their son Atty Andrew Alcantara is working in the Office of the President.
Gen Alcantara also serves as the military adviser of ES Bersamin.
Kaya ginawan agad ng paraan ni Gen Galido to save Gen Musngi.
Baka makatulong din Gen Alcantara sa career ni CGPA.
Baka pwede pa mag CSAFP.
Ang Presidential Adviser on Military and Police Affairs ay wala nang trabaho, all orders gawain na ng ni Executive Secretary.
Dapat wala na ang OPAMPA at ibalik na lang ang Office of the Presidential Adviser on Military Affairs (OPAMA). PNP already have NAPOLCOM.
Bakit ba kasi pinilit pa pagsamahin ang police at military function sa isang office?
Kaya kailangan ng Military adviser because the President is the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces.
The President needs advice on operational and strategic military affairs especially pertaining to Territorial Defense and National Security.
Hindi kailangan ng presidential adviser on how to combat crime.
Trabaho yan ng local government units, mga mayor, governor, and barangay captains.
Napakababaw to be allocated a position in Malacanang. But ang trabaho mismo ng OPAMPA ay palpak.
OPAMPA hindi man lang nareview mga AFP Generals to be promoted. Lumulusot sa Commission on Appointments ang less than a year in the service, in the likes of Gen Bello. Pati Air Force fake gold wings confirmed by the CA.
Si Gen Gachalian daw is hindi fake ang gold wings, but mabilis napromote!
Siya kasi facilitate fake ng gold wings ni Gen Malinit, Enriquez, and Candelario. And everyone has been recently confirmed by the CA.

Why did these Generals made to visit the Speaker’s office?
And these Generals were even made to affirm their loyalty.

The AFP Reserve officers were given the chance to lead units, pero karamihan sa mga ito ay pinagbigyan na nga pero wala namang nagawa.
Hindi naayos mga units, puro palpak. In effect na ang one seniority lineal list policy, regular and reserve officers are now given the chance to compete with each other in the roster.
Pero sa totoo lang walang kalaban laban itong mga reserve officers because nandiyan pa din ang PMA syndicate system.
Walang makakahawak ng sensitive and top positions sa AFP but only PMAers.
Ganun din nangyari sa PNP. Kahit noon hanggang ngayon ang Chief PNP ay PMAer.
Sa AFP naman si Gen Fabian Ver, a non PMAer but a UP Vanguard ROTC,
ay ginawang Chief of Staff ni President Ferdinand Marcos Sr noon.
Ano nangyari?
Eh di nag coup d’ etat mga PMAer and Pres. Marcos Sr was ousted.
However, nagaaway away na din itong mga PMAer due to the infusion of politics in the military.
Nawala ang merit system, nawala ang system of meritocracy when it comes to appointments and promotion.
Mga office boys ang mga pinapaupo, mga uniiwas sa field at warzone.
Habang nasa giyera at naghihirap ang mga counterparts nila, sila naman ay busy sa opisina at busy sa pagdikit at pakikipag - kaibigan sa mga pulitiko at businessman.
And when the time comes walang gagwin kundi lumapit sa pulitiko para mabigyan ng position at maging General.
And pag sila ay nakaupo na yung mga bata naman nila na kasama nila sa opisina ang kanilang bigyan ng pabor for appointment and promotion.
Itong si Gen Brawner naman ay buhos ang effort para mahuli kung sino ang gumagawa ng “white paper” na kumakalat sa chat groups and social media.
Walang lumalantad because the allegations are true.

Wala na siguro masabi itong si Gen Brawner at baka naman wala na nakikining sa kanya.
Kaya siguro si AFP Sgt Major Feliciano Lazo na lang pinagsasalita niya sa media.
Sgt Major Lazo was tasked to face the media because CSAFP has no credibility.
The AFP is demoralized.
The AFP knows kung ano pinaggagawa ni CSAFP about his wives, girlfriends, nepotism, favoritism and corruption.
Ito siguro gusto niya legacy.. the Ilocano, comptroller, logistician, bata bata at pera pera legacy… the Brawner legacy.
