On ๐๐๐ด๐๐๐ ๐ฑ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ, WEST CENTRAL COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCEโFLORIDABLANCA CAMPUS conducted its ANTI-HAZING SYMPOSIUM 2025, a powerful initiative promoting student safety and zero tolerance for violence in all its forms.
The symposium opened with an introductory message from Social Officer III, Ms. Jennifer Montemayor, highlighting the importance of awareness and early prevention.
The first speaker, Police Master Sergeant King Kenneth Guevarra, shared an impactful presentation on hazing and bullying, discussing real-life cases, psychological effects, and the serious legal consequences of such actions.
Following this, Police Master Sergeant Mabelle Pastolero addressed Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC), emphasizing the need for vigilance, protection, and immediate response to domestic abuse.
This event empowered WCCAS students to become advocates for safe, respectful, and inclusive spaces.
