Being a reservist is not just about wearing a uniform. It is about serving our country while fulfilling our duties to our family, work, and community. Even when balancing these responsibilities is difficult, we remain committed to training and preparing ourselves whenever we are needed. The ROTC First Class Advance Cadet Officers of the City College of El Salvador ROTC Unit and The New El Salvador Colleges have officially received their Philippine Army Subsistence Allowance.

In deep appreciation of the unwavering dedication, rigorous self-control, and selfless service demonstrated by our Advance ROTC Cadet Officers, the Philippine Army provides a subsistence allowance of ₱350 per training day. This amounts to a total of ₱5,250 for fifteen (15) training days per semester—a vital support that recognizes their hard work and commitment throughout their training period.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Philippine Army for its continuous support, guidance, and trust in the ROTC program. Your valuable backing not only lightens the financial responsibility for our cadets, but also deeply inspires us to stay driven in developing disciplined, highly responsible, and service-oriented young leaders. Armed with these core values, our cadet officers remain steadfast in their mission to serve our community and actively contribute to nation-building.
