𝐋𝐈𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐆 𝐋𝐔𝐆𝐀𝐖 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐀 𝐒𝐀 𝐈𝐒𝐔𝐀𝐍𝐒: 𝐊𝐀𝐈𝐍, 𝐊𝐖𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐔𝐇𝐀𝐍, 𝐀𝐓 𝐏𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐊𝐈𝐁𝐀𝐊𝐀. ✊🏻

In celebration of the ISU-E Campus Intramurals and Socio-Cultural Festival 2025, the Soil Science Society – ISU Echague, in collaboration with the Society of Animal Science Majors ISU-E, successfully conducted “Libreng Lugaw para sa ISUans: Kain, Kwentuhan, at Pakikibaka.” on September 30, 2025.

As a continuation of an initiative first introduced last academic year, this event serves as a testament to the organizations’ commitment to fostering solidarity, empathy, and community engagement among ISUans.

The activity aimed to provide warm meals and a safe space for students to connect, exchange stories, and draw encouragement from one another. Beyond serving food, it symbolized unity and compassion, proving that small acts of care can have a meaningful impact on the community.

Aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 2: Zero Hunger, the event underscored the importance of collective efforts in building a more inclusive, resilient, and caring ISU community. 🤎

On this significant occasion, the newly inducted officers made their solemn pledge to uphold the values of integrity, service, and collaboration. Their oath reflects a collective responsibility to guide the organization with purpose, empower their fellow students, and foster a spirit of unity and progress within and beyond the university.

With the theme “Kumandra: Embracing Diversity, Leading with Unity,” the celebration underscored the importance of inclusive leadership—where diversity is valued, and shared goals drive meaningful action. It served not only as a rite of passage for the officers but also as a declaration of their readiness to take on the challenges of leadership with dedication and resolve.

The recognition of a student organization is a pre-condition for its official operation in the University. A Certificate of Recognition, issued by the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) upon the recommendation of the College Dean/Adviser, shall be valid for one (1) school year and subject to renewal annually.

𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

1. A certificate shall be issued only after thorough evaluation of the organization’s Constitution and By-Laws, requirements, and program of activities, ensuring alignment with University policies and national laws.
2. Organizations that fail to renew shall be automatically deemed illegitimate.
3. Any organization that violates its stated purpose, by-laws, or University policies shall be subject to revocation of its certificate, upon investigation by the Chief of Student Organization and approval of the Director of OSAS.
